Location

Our hotel is located on a small elevation in hamlet of Quellenhof, which gives you great panoramic views to the Passeier Valley.  The main village of St. Martin in Passeier is approximately 5 km away.  The spa town of Meran with the  Therme Meran (spa facility), as well as the  Gardens of Castle Trauttmansdorff are approximately 12 km from our hotel.
Both can easily be reached by car or public transport.

Hiking or cycling tours

You can undertake comfortable walks directly from our hotel, e.g. along the Passer Promenade.  Cycling tours, for example to Meran, are also a possibility.   If you are interested in more extensive tours, then take your car to the Hirzer Seilbahn, from where you have the choice of numerous mountain hiking trips.

Sports

Also sportsmen have lot of opportunities.  There are a number of facilities close to the hotel, catering for the following sports:
golf, tennis, swimming, horse-riding, para-gliding, football, bowling, climbing, darts, running, cycling, fishing, shooting, volleyball, beach volleyball, rafting etc.

Passer river

It’s only a five minutes‘ walk to the Passer river, a natural stream with a beautiful walking path.  The Passer river is a true paradise for anglers as you will notice as you walk along.  The stretch from Quellenhof to St. Martin in Passeier is an excellent area, and only fly fishing (fishing with artificial baits) is allowed.
