By car
Munich – Innsbruck – Brenner Pass – Sterzing – exit Bozen Sud and take the dual-carriageway (MEBO) to exit Meran Sud. From there, following the signs in the direction of the Jaufen Pass / Timmelsjoch / Passeier Valley. Drive via Riffian to the Passeier Valley. Munich – Meran: 300 km. Meran – Quellenhof: 12 km.
A7 via Kempten – Reutte – Imst – Landeck – Reschen Pass – exit Meran Sud and follow the signs in the direction of the Jaufen Pass / Timmelsjoch / Passeier Valley. Drive via Riffian to the Passeier Valley. Stuttgart – Meran: 420 km. Meran – Quellenhof: 12 km (you won’t need to buy a motorway ticket if you take the Federal Road from Imst to Landeck).

Pass roads
Jaufen Pass: Brenner Pass – exit Sterzing – Jaufen Pass – Passeier Valley. Munich – Jaufen Pass: 220 km. Jaufen Pass – Quellenhof: 27 km. Please note that the Jaufen Pass is at a height of 2,000 metres above sea level. It has many bends and some bottlenecks. Not recommended during a bad weather period.
Timmelsjoch: Kempten – Reutte – Ötz Valley – Timmelsjoch to the Passeier Valley. Stuttgart – Timmelsjoch: 360 km. The Timmelsjoch is only open from June to mid October. The pass has a height of 2,500 metres. Not recommended during a bad weather period. You won’t need a motorway ticket if you use this route. Timmelsjoch – Quellenhof: 37 km.
Switzerland
Coming from Switzerland, drive via the Ofen Pass – Münster Valley – Glurns – Schluderns – exit Meran Sud and follow the signs to the Jaufen Pass / Timmelsjoch / Passeier Valley.
Italy
Coming from Verona, take the Brenner Motorway until you come to exit Bozen Sud. Then take the dual-carriageway (MEBO) to exit Meran Sud. After this, following the signs to the Jaufen Pass / Timmelsjoch / Passeier Valley.
