Prices

All prices are for 2 persons per apartment and day.
For each additional person there is an extra cost of €10.00 per day.
Included are accommodation, bed linen, towels, heating, water, electricity and all fees and taxes.

We take the liberty of charging € 7.00 – 10.00 per day for small animals.

Not included are the final cleaning and the local tax.
The final cleaning costs between 35,00 and 40,00 € one-time, depending on the flat.
The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance in force at the time of the stay in the municipal area (March 2024: € 2.80 per person per day from the age of 14).

Charged separately:
each additional person per apartment and pets by arrangement.

Discounts
Maximum 1 child per apartment up to 6 years pays nothing in low and mid season.

Payment

You can pay with cash amounts under € 3,000.00 with us. For amounts over € 3,000.00 we recommend an advance bank transfer.
Please note that we are not connected to any credit card system and therefore payments by card are not possible.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are ready for occupancy from 14.00 hrs.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10.00 am.
If you arrive after 18.00, please let us know in advance.

Without agreement or notification of later arrival, the reservation loses its validity after 20.00 hrs.

Non-binding offers

We will be happy to make you a non-binding offer. However, we kindly ask you to note that the offered apartment will not be pre-booked until your definite booking.
Especially in the peak seasons, it often happens that several offers for a vacant apartment are sent out at the same time every day. The apartment will only be reserved for you after your booking confirmation. The date of your booking confirmation is always taken into account.

Please note: The booking is only binding after you and we have sent the booking confirmation in writing.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation conditions:

Up to 45 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation by the guest in the period between 30 days before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date: 50 Euro
• Cancellation at the latest 14 days before the arrival date: 150 Euro
• Cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date at the latest: 50% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date: 80 % of the agreed total price.

In case of non-appearance of the guest (“no show”) or in case of early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full.

Please inform us in good time if you can start your holiday later or not at all!

IMPORTANT
: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled flats are re-rented in full or only in part.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We recommend that you take out “cancellation protection” as soon as you book your stay. This way, cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind.

In cooperation with the HGV, we have decided to take out cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Privacy

In accordance with GvD no. 196/2003, we inform you that your data will be used and stored exclusively for the processing of your application and will not be communicated or disseminated to third parties.
