Prices

All prices are for 2 people per apartment per day.
Each additional person incurs an extra charge of 15,00 € per day.
Accommodation, bed linen, towels, heating, water, electricity and all fees and taxes are included.

We charge 10,00 – 15,00 € per day for small pets.

Final cleaning and tourist tax are not included.
Final cleaning costs between 40,00 and 45,00 € as a one-off charge, depending on the apartment.
The amount of tourist tax is calculated according to the municipal regulations in force in the municipality at the time of the stay (as of January 2025: 2,80 € per person per day from the age of 14).

Charged separately:
each additional person per apartment and pets by prior arrangement.

Discounts
A maximum of 1 child per apartment up to the age of 6 stays free of charge during the low and shoulder seasons.

Payment

You can pay amounts below 3.000,00 € in cash. For amounts above 3.000,00 €, we recommend a bank transfer in advance (IBAN: IT31D0822658840000000208106).
Please note that we are not connected to any credit card system and therefore card payments are not possible.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are ready from 14.00.
On the day of departure, please vacate the apartments by 10.00.
If you will be arriving after 18.00, please let us know in advance.

Without an agreement or notification of a later arrival, the reservation becomes invalid after 20.00.

Non-binding offers

We will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer. However, please note that the apartment offered will not be provisionally reserved until you make a definite booking.
Especially during peak seasons, several offers for an available apartment are often sent out simultaneously each day. Only after you confirm your booking will the apartment be firmly reserved for you. The time at which you confirm your booking is always the deciding factor.

Booking

Please note: the booking is binding only after written booking confirmation has been sent by both you and us.

Cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 ZGB

There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation conditions:

The reservation may be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee no later than 45 days before the arrival date.

If the guest cancels during the period between the 30 day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival date: 50 Euro
• Cancellation no later than 14 days before the arrival date: 150 Euro
• Cancellation no later than 3 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date: 80 % of the agreed total price.

If the guest fails to arrive („no show“) or departs early, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.

Please inform us in good time if you can only start your holiday later or cannot come at all!

IMPORTANT:
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled apartments are rented out again for all or even just part of the period.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend taking out „cancellation cover“ when you book your stay. This can cover cancellation fees, allowing you to look forward to your holiday with complete peace of mind.

In cooperation with the HGV, we have chosen travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Data protection

Pursuant to GvD Nr. 196/2003, we inform you that your data will be used and stored exclusively to process your request and will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated. With regard to data processing, you have all the rights provided for in Article 7 of GvD Nr. 196/2003. The rights holder is Appartement Riederhof der Pircher S.
